This was our first holiday in Costa Almeria so we a little apprehensive about going. We have to say we shouldn't have been. The area is wonderful & much nicer than the Costa del Sol. The apartment & complex are first class - a lovely setting to stay in.  The apartment is superb and has everything you could need; it was very clean & comfortable. We have booked to go again next June. Thanks Dave & Helen - we enjoyed it very much - look forward to next year! (P: S need to get some pint glasses in!!).

Clean, comfortable and everything you would need for a home from home. A short walk from some nice restaurants and bars. Would stay again and recommend to others. Excellent website, very informative. I think that you could do with some extra pillows and a mirror in the bedroom would be handy too.

The apartment was fantastic you must be well pleased with your purchase.  It was clean modern and really comfortable.  Anita met us at the entrance as we had to revert to plan B.  Wife really appreciated the SKY connection!  It was so nice to stay somewhere where people had taken care to fit it out as they would have it as their home as opposed to a holiday rental.

Swimming pool was really clean and we had it to ourself when we used it.  Also the apartment is really well positioned in that it was easy to walk down to the local restaurants and supermarket without having to use the car. We intend to return in the New Year and would like to book with you again ......

The flat is very comfortable, with excellent heating, was clean and fresh-smelling, and Anita came in to say hello. Electricity turned on. Good directions. Lots of pillows, which were important for us.
The apartment is the same as two previous ones we stayed in but better furnished.  Sky tv and many dvds appreciated.Towels and linen all cotton -sensible.

Shops and restaurants close by, visited the nearby golf course. We were a bit worried about how the weather would be when we first got there but did get several days warm enough to sit outside.  We also had a couple of lazy days sitting around in a beach cafe.
An oven dish or pan and roasting tin would be useful as would a plate rack on draining board.

Certainly would recommend to others and consider renting again. Thanks for letting us stay ....

My girlfriend and I spent a very enjoyable week at the apartment. We found it to be extremely well equipped with every eventuality catered for even down to the smallest details. The apartment complex itself is welcoming and attractive, spacious for our needs but easily caters the requirements of a large family.Every morning we were able to wake up and make our way to the large pool, which we had to ourselves. The earliest we saw anyone else was around 15.30.  The weather was perfect for doing as you pleased and explore the local area at a comfortable but TANtalising 30 C!. 

In the apartment are comfortable deck chairs which we moved up to pool. Due to the sun position on an evening, the patio area was beautiful and perfect for to sitting out with a cold drink, watching the residents return home. 

There are so many puertos and playas, which are of interest in the local area. Don’t be shy to venture out a little bit. The further we ventured and became more confident in our Spanish, the more places we found. The beach and town of MOJACAR were fabulous and offered hours of entertainment.

We fully enjoyed the week we spent at the apartment and will definitely return in the future. It provided us with everything we needed and exceeded expectations in so many ways - quality!.

A big thanks to Dave and Helen to the thought and kindness that has obviously gone into the set up and maintenance of such a delightful home.
